These terms govern your use of Heirloomix | Camera (the “app”), operated by KiND Social (“we,” “us”). By using the app you agree to them. Questions: 13rt.com@gmail.com.
Heirloomix | Camera is two cameras in one app. The everyday camera is free — you shoot, you see your photographs, and they land in your vault. The Real Camera loads a digital roll of film and shoots it with an authentic film look. You do not see the photographs on screen — when the roll is finished it is automatically printed and mailed to you. The prints are how you receive that roll’s photographs, and they are included in the price of the roll. From your photographs you can also order framed prints, books, and keepsakes.
The Forever Cloud is the vault that keeps your photographs. Its promise is that it is kept by an endowment, not by ongoing billing: a share of what the app earns is planted as permanent principal, and the yield — not your monthly fee — is what keeps the vaults online, for everyone, equally.
A roll of film is purchased in the app at the price shown, and the prints of that roll are included in its price — produced and shipped to you through our print partner. From your everyday photographs you can also order additional prints, books, and keepsakes. Orders are placed to the shipping details you provide. Digital film rolls are consumable purchases.
The Forever Cloud does not rent you storage — it keeps your photographs. While your account is active, your photographs are yours: you can delete any of them at any time, and anything you delete is permanently gone. You decide what is allowed to live forever.
Anything you have not deleted at the time of your death, or at the time you delete your account, is committed to and owned by the Forever Cloud Endowment — kept forever, an heirloom carried forward to the future generations of your family. From that point those photographs are held by the Endowment for one purpose: to keep them and give your family access. We never sell, license to others, mine, or advertise against your photographs.
You agree to this when you accept it in the app, and you confirm it in a signed agreement when you purchase Forever Cloud lifetime keeping.
You may delete your account at any time, in the app under Account → Delete Account. Deleting your account ends your sign-in and removes the copies saved on your device. It does not erase the photographs you had kept. Those photographs pass to the Forever Cloud Endowment and remain preserved under your family name, and in the future a family member can request to reconnect them to an account. Such requests are reviewed individually by us before any photographs are shared.
Use the app lawfully. Do not upload content you do not have the right to use, or content that is unlawful or infringing.
The app is provided “as is.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties, and our liability for any claim relating to the app is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
We may update these terms; the current version will always be posted here. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee, USA.
